Synthetics, Multi-Purpose, Gear, Bearing, & Recirculating Oils


Syn Lube 150 - 1000: Polyalphaolefin (PAO)-Based, 100% Synthetic Multi-Purpose Fluids.

These multi-purpose polyalphaolefin (PAO) based, zinc-free fluids are formulated with state-of-the-art additives. These fluids provide outstanding performance over extended drain intervals. They are recommended for gearboxes, bearings, chains and recirculating systems

Syn Lube HD Series: Heavy-Duty, Extreme Pressure, Polyalphaolefin (PAO)-Based, 100% Synthetic Fluids.

These heavy-duty, zinc free, extreme pressure, 100% synthetic based, fluid lubricants are designed for applications where an extreme pressure synthetic fluid is required. They deliver outstanding extreme pressure protection, excellent anti-wear properties and very lowcoefficients of friction, resulting in lower operating temperatures, reduced power consumption and longer equipment life. Excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance increases service life, providing extended drain intervals. Compatible with a broad range of seals. Syn Lube HD 220 and 460 pass 12 stages of the FZG Test.




Petroleum-Based, Gear, Bearing & Recirculating Oils


SPO Series: Extra-Duty Anti-Wear, Rust & Oxidation Inhibited (R&O) Gear and Bearing Oils.

SPO series of petroleum based oils is specifically designed for industrial applications such as gear cases, bearings, chains, machine ways, and general oiling. These tacky lubricants will provide anti-wear lubrication for high sliding action in worm gears. They are also excellent for bevel, helical, and spur gears. SPO Lubes can be used with silver alloy, copper, and copper alloy bearings. Excellent for use in high moisture and high temperature applications. Provides performance comparable to synthetic lubricants.

APG Series: Heavy-Duty, Extreme Pressure (EP) Petroleum-Based Gear Oils.

These heavy-duty, extreme pressure oils were developed to meet gear oil needs of most automotive, truck, heavy equipment and industrial gearboxes
requiring an extreme pressure type oil. Meets military specification MIL-PRF-2105E and MIL-L-2105D and API categories GL-3, GL-4, GL-5, MT-1.



Synthetic Air Compressor Fluids


Syn Lube 22-100: Polyalphaolefin (PAO)-Based, 100% Synthetic Fluids.

These polyalphaolefin (PAO)-based, zinc-free, synthetic air compressor fluids are recommended for rotary screw and rotary vane air compressors.
They are also recommended for centrifugal air compressors striving for lower power consumption. They offer superior thermal and oxidation 
stability, outstanding water demulsibility, extremely low pour points, very high viscosity indexes, superior heat transfer characteristics and excellent 
seal material compatibility. Fluid drain intervals are 6 - 8,000 hours under normal conditions.

SynXtreme AC Series: Polyolester (POE)-Based, Biodegradable (Pw1), 100% Synthetic Compressor Fluids.

These state-of-the-art, polyolester (POE) type, 100% synthetic fluids are designed for maximum performance in rotary screw and vane type air 
compressors. Special  advanced POE base esters combined with a multi-charged additive system produce unmatched oxidative stability, enhanced 
hydrolytic stability and excellent wear and corrosion protection. Potential for fluid drain intervals of +10,000 hours. Readily biodegradable 
(Meets OECD criteria) >70% biodegradation (Pw1).



Petroleum-Based Air Compressor Oils


AC Series: Petroleum-Based, Anti-Wear Fortified Compressor Oils.

These petroleum-based air compressor oils are especially formulated to reduce carbon and varnish buildup. These oils contain fluid zinc to
effectively fight friction and wear, thus reducing heat and foaming. Available in six ISO grades.





Synthetic Worm Gear LubricantPolyalphaolefin (PAO)-Based, 100% Synthetic Fluid Lubricant.

This high performance, ISO 460 grade, synthetic gear lubricant is recommended for all types of worm gear reducers. Formulated with advanced
additives, this 100% synthetic-based fluid provides outstanding anti-wear and anti-friction properties ideal for the high sliding action of worm gears. It works well over a wide range of temperature extremes. It is compatible with a broad range of seal materials. Excellent oxidation

Synthetic High Temp Fluids 68 and 220100% Ester-Based, Chain and Gearbox Fluid Lubricants.

These 100% ester based synthetic lubricants are recommended for use on bakery oven chains, drying oven chains, tenter frame chains, heat treating
chains, paint curing oven chains and any other type of bearing/slide/gearbox applications where they are exposed to high operating temperatures and
must maintain a clean lubricated surface. Available in ISO viscosity grades 68 and 220. Proven successful in applications in excess of 600°F / 316°C.







CP-7 and CP-8A: Compounded (CP) Petroleum-Based Gear Oils.

These oils are compounded with acidless tallow to meet AGMA 7CP and 8ACP specifications. They are recommended for cone drives and double enveloping worm gears.

Machine Tool Oils: Petroleum-Based Machine Oils.

Compounded to impart a unique load carrying film, exceptional lubricity, and anti-friction properties not found in conventional oils of the same viscosity.
















Synac Series: Diester-Based, 100% Synthetic Compressor Fluids.

These diester-based synthetic air compressor fluids are for rotary screw, rotary vane, reciprocating air compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers, centrifuges and a multitude of other high temperature applications. They are outstanding for applications in which the fluid is subjected to high temperature and high stress conditions over extended drain intervals up to 8,000 hours. They eliminate sludge and varnish buildup caused by high operating temperatures. Due to their clean natural detergency characteristics, they are ideal for upper cylinder lubrication of reciprocating air compressors.

Syncool: Polyglycolester-Based, Readily Biodegradable (Pw1), Synthetic Air Compressor Fluid.

A high-performance, readily biodegradable, synthetic air compressor fluid developed to meet the needs of most rotary screw and rotary vane air
compressors where high operating temperatures are present and environmental issues are a concern. Readily biodegradable (Meets OECD criteria)
>70% biodegradation (Pw1). Excellent thermal and oxidation stability helps eliminate harmful deposits and extend drain intervals.






Turbine Oil 32: Petroleum-Based Oil For Centrifugal Air Compressors.

This high-performance, zinc-free fluid meets the requirements of most centrifugal air compressors. Provides excellent oxidation resistance.
